You can register in the top right hand corner in the members area, where all new customers can sign up and log in to our site. Once you're logged in, you can access your personal member pages. After you become a member, new orders will appear in your My Orders page. Old orders (placed before becoming a member) will not be listed.

Old orders (placed before becoming a member) will not be listed unfortunately, the account only connects for orders after you have registered. You should be able to search through previous orders on your email if you are looking for a particular invoice or detail needed.

You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password?' on our webpage when you sign in. Veritas will then be able to reset your password and send you a new one.

As a customer you will be able to access the following; My Profile, My Orders, My Addresses, My Wishlist, My Wallet, My Account and My Subscriptions. You can also log out, this is all through clicking on your icon on the top right hand corner of the page.

You can sign in by navigating to the top right hand corner of the page and selecting the option to sign in
