Please note that the cost of delivery is not included in the product price and may vary depending on the destination you choose for delivery.

The country of delivery, order quantity and product weight will determine the final delivery cost. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for products that exceed the usual weight limit. If this is the case Veritas Commerce Group Limited will contact you with the additional cost and you will have the option to either cancel the order or proceed with the revised cost.

Please be advised that Veritas Commerce Group Limited does not deliver to PO Boxes or unverified addresses. Products undergo thorough inspection before delivery and returns for items that are faulty or damaged by the customer will not be accepted. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

For detailed information on our delivery options please visit our website. Our maximum delivery time is at the discretion of Veritas Commerce Group Limited as this is dependent on where in the world we deliver.

PRE-LAUNCH PRODUCTS 


For pre-launch products once the order is confirmed the items will be reserved. In the UK, products will be dispatched with free shipping on the launch day. For orders outside the UK products will be dispatched on the launch day according to the agreed timetables as stated in our delivery options.

 

 

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS


Veritas Commerce Group Limited will only confirm orders if the stock is available. Shipments will not be sent partially. Any subsequent orders will require new shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS


Veritas Commerce Group Limited adheres to the cancellation policy in accordance with your statutory rights. You have up to 14 days after the delivery of your order to cancel and request a full or partial refund. If your claim falls within your statutory rights we will make a full refund otherwise a refund is at the discretion of Veritas Commerce Group Limited.

EXCHANGES

Please note that Veritas Commerce Group Limited does not offer exchanges.

RETURNS

 

For all returns, products must be sent to the designated returns address. The responsibility for the return and safe delivery rests with you, the customer. We strongly advise using a tracked courier service for the return delivery. 

Products must be in their original packaging and be undamaged and in its original condition. You are legally obliged to exercise reasonable care over the products while they are in your possession.

REFUNDS


Veritas Commerce Group Limited reserves the right to deduct from any refund an amount equal to the reduction in product value resulting from your lack of care (e.g. if the product develops a fault or is damaged).

The refund will be issued by the original payment method. If this method is not available please contact us and we will arrange an alternative payment method. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email address.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

​

If you believe the product is defective, please contact us via email and provide evidence of the defect. Veritas Commerce Group Limited will review your claim and contact you via email with our assessment of the evidence or ask you to provide further evidence to substantiate your claim before further assessment. If the claim is successful you will be eligible for a full refund subject to your statutory rights.
